We're here!

We finally arrived in Central Asia in our new apartment after 5 days of travel! Finally we are all on the right schedule and are adjusting pretty well to our new life. Luke just started eating cereal and is loving every bite of it. This boy can EAT! I'm afraid he's going to grow out of all his clothes because it seems like he's just getting bigger and bigger.

We've had snow and ice on the ground since we got here. So at least Luke has been able to see his first snow.

Leaving tomorrow...

We are all packed up and ready to leave for Central Asia tomorrow. Seems so strange to think we'll be in a different country again soon. Back in the place we love so much and doing what we are passionate about. Of course this time it's a bit different with little Luke in the picture. We have a major transition coming our way, but hopefully Luke will adapt well and become a flexible child. Before long he'll be learning to speak, and hopefully several other languages will be coming out of his mouth besides English.

Luke is almost 4 months and weighs 15lbs!! A big healthy boy! I will try to continue to post pictures as much as I can, considering we will probably have dial-up internet.
We love you all and will miss you! Email us whenever you get a chance. It's always fun to hear from home. Pray for our families as they cope with the change and us as we learn how to live in Central Asia with a baby and figure out our roles on our new team. Pray that Luke will sleep and eat well on our long flights!
